Are you looking to kickstart your career with a global logistics leader? Our client, a logistics compnay is expanding its team at the high-tech Trade Port West business park in Venlo. They manage distribution for world-class brands like Under Armour, New Balance, Stanley, Deckers, and PUIG, and they are looking for motivated individuals to join our operation.

The Role

As a Warehouse Employee, you are the engine of our distribution process. Your daily tasks will include:

• Order Picking & Packing: Utilizing hand scanners and advanced automated "goods-to-person" systems.
• Inbound/Outbound: Loading and unloading shipments (handling boxes up to 25kg).
• Value Added Services (VAS): Repacking, labeling, and quality checks.
• Equipment: Operating EPTs (Electric Pallet Trucks) where required.

The salary for the role is €14.77 – €15.07 (Based on your previous logistics experience). Additionally, you can boost your earnings with compettive shift allowances and overtime bonuses.

• Mon–Fri (19:00 – 22:00): +25%
• Mon–Thu (22:00 – 00:00): +50%
• Fri 22:00 – Sat 06:00: +75%
• Saturday (after 40h work week): +50%
• Sunday (after 40h work week): +100%
• Consistent Overtime: +1.57% for every hour worked.

Candidates must be open to do both day shifts and two-shift rotations (07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00) and 2-Shift rotations (06:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00). This is at least a 12-week project, meaning that high-performing candidates have the possibility of getting a long-term contract.

Note: For long-term candidates, due to the busy peak season, candidates with no Christmas leave requirements are preferred.

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift boxes up to 25kg.
• Reliability: A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required within 4 weeks of your start date.
• Experience: Previous logistics experience is a plus, but a proactive attitude is most important.
• Onboarding: You must be available for a Monday introduction (ID check, documents, interview) to start work that Wednesday.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
