Our Dutch partner, Ingram Micro, one of the largest logistics providers for major Dutch e-shops, is looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join their team in Tilburg.

This is a great opportunity to start a long-term job in logistics, with different roles available (order picking, inbound, returns, etc.), where you can grow within the company and even receive additional training for more specialized tasks.

Recruitment process: The CV is sent to the client. If the client wants to speak with the candidate, an online interview is arranged.

Responsibilities

• Collect, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Pick and process orders using voice-picking technology (headset) or scanner.
• Assist in unloading/loading goods and dispatching to trucks.
• Perform quality control and returns checks; report any product defects to the shift supervisor.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Maintain safety and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary for the role is €14.88 hour. Workers will also receive additional overtime allowance (25% after 40–42 hrs, 50% after 42 hrs). This is an opportunity for long-term employment with opportunities to grow, in a modern, well-organized warehouse. You will work in a flexible 3-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, evening) from Monday to Sunday.

Overtime is also possible when busy. Lastly, you should know that work may involve physically demanding tasks (packing, picking, consolidating).

Employees must also be comfortable with heights if assigned to certain warehouse tasks.

Requirements

• Clean criminal record (must be provided within 6 weeks of starting).
• Good physical condition – ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Flexibility and punctuality in working tasks and schedules.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work Sundays and be on-call when extra staff are required.
