Join our client's warehouse team in Oud-Gastel and help ensure all customers receive their desired products. You will be starting as a Warehouse Employee , where your main task will be picking orders together with your colleagues in the 3-story high warehouse full of clothing.

Job Responsibilities

• Picking Orders: Starting as a warehouse employee, you will primarily pick the ordered orders together with your colleagues.
• Walking/Mobility: Be prepared to walk extensively, covering 10 to 15 km every day inside the warehouse.
• Handling Goods: Work within the large, 3-story high warehouse full of clothing.
• Preparation for Shipping: Pick up items and pass them on to colleagues who prepare it for shipping.
• All-round Tasks (After Training): After a while, you will be trained to become an all-round warehouse employee, which includes:
• Picking (making returns, giving out orders, working at in- & outbound)

The starting hourly wage for this job is €14.98 gross per hour and it will increase after 39 weeks.

There are also shift allowances

• Monday – Friday – 18:30 – 21:00: 26% and 21:00 – 00:00: 38%
  • Saturday & Sunday – 00:00 – 00:00: 50%

Overtime Addition (After 40 hours/week):

• Weekdays: 125% per hour
• Weekends: 150% per hour

The role also encompasses a possibility of growth (e.g., Ass. Supervisor/Supervisor) or a fixed contract with extras such as bonus, Christmas gifts, and exclusive sales.

Working Hours:

Standard Hours (Until October 1st): Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30.

Shift Hours (After October 1st)Two shifts:

• 06:00 – 14:30
• 15:00 – 23:30

Requirements:

• Language: Everyone must speak English (B1 level is preferred).
• Experience: Experience in logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must be prepared to walk long distances daily (10-15 km)
• Accomodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
