We are looking for motivated warehouse workers to join our fast-paced distribution facility. No previous experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity to gain experience in logistics.

To set you up for success, your first day begins at our training academy. You will view a company video introduction, attend a comprehensive operational presentation, and complete a short test on house and safety rules to ensure you feel confident on the floor.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Warehouse Tasks: Handling goods, packing, and sorting within your assigned department.
• Department Placement: Tasks vary by department. Some areas involve highly detailed, precision work, while others focus on heavier logistics or handling machinery.
• Performance: Maintaining focus to meet measurable hourly productivity and processing targets.
• Safety & Organization: Adhering strictly to facility safety protocols and keeping your designated work area clean.

This is a seasonal position until the end of September providing full 40 hours per week.

You will be working in a rotating 2-shift system (Monday to Friday):

• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 24:00

Apart from the salary, you will get the following shift Allowances:

• • 24% allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 24:00.
  • 40% allowance for any hours worked after 00:00.
• Weekend Premiums: 150% total rate for Saturday shifts and 200% total rate for Sunday shifts.
• Overtime: 30% allowance for hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek.

Adiditonal perks:

• Receive a €10 meal reimbursement when working an overtime shift exceeding 10 hours in a single day.
• The same €10 meal reimbursement applies when you complete a weekend shift of at least 6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday.

Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition and stamina. You must be able to stand for long periods and comfortably lift and carry heavy boxes.
• Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and understand English, Dutch, or German well enough to interpret safety regulations and follow operational instructions from supervisors.
• Couples: Couples are welcome to apply! While you will be placed in different departments to maintain operational efficiency, we will coordinate your schedules so you work the same shift times.
• Accommodation: Willing to share a room with othger tenants.
