Ventilation Fitter (HVAC, Shipyard) (€580 – €650 net per week) in Olanda

We are looking for experienced Ventilation Fitters (HVAC) to join shipbuilding projects in the Netherlands. You will work on the installation of ventilation systems aboard luxury yachts and other vessels at leading Dutch shipyards. Working from technical drawings and 3D plans, you will install and assemble various ventilation systems while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Installation of square and round (spiro) ventilation ducts
• Assembly of insulated air duct systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models
• Independent and team-based installation work
• Ensuring installations meet project specifications and quality standards
• Working on new-build and refit shipyard projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Ventilation Fitter, HVAC Installer, or Duct Fitter
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Shipyard or maritime experience is preferred
• Motivated to work long-term and develop professional skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately
