TIG Welder (Stainless Steel) (€560 net per week) Dronten, in Olanda

Keybake is seeking TIG welders for long-term employment in their stainless steel production department. You will be working independently based on technical drawings, focusing on thin plates and pipes between 0.5 mm and 2 mm.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components
• Assemble products according to technical drawings
• Work with thin materials (plates and pipes)
• Operate independently, including basic grinding tasks
• Maintain high standards of quality and workplace behavior

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience
• Experience with thin materials (0.5–2 mm)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Independent work ethic
• MIG/MAG welding experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• No welding certification required

Working Conditions

• Salary: €13.50 net per hour
• Shift: Day shift
• Holidays: 27 days annually (21 vacation days plus 6 public holidays)
• Transport: E-bike provided if living within 5 km
• Travel Allowance: €0.21 per km (only with own car)
• Equipment Provided: Welding mask and work clothes by the agency
