Are you an experienced TIG Welder with a passion for precision aluminum welding? Join the team at Rols Machineonderdelen and work on high-quality machine components in a modern manufacturing environment. This position focuses on welding thin aluminum materials (1 mm to 2–3 mm), where attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• TIG welding aluminum components with high precision
• Welding thin materials (1 mm to 2–3 mm thickness)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Assembling machine components according to specifications
• Inspecting finished welds to ensure the highest quality standards
• Working closely with colleagues to produce precision-engineered products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience with TIG welding
• Experience welding aluminum
• Confident working with thin materials (1–3 mm)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• High attention to detail and quality
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
