Job Description

As the Team Leader of the Fresh/Frozen department, your primary responsibility is to lead a team of approximately 25 Order Pickers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all goods are collected and prepared correctly
• Plan daily operations, monitor processes, and optimize workflow in collaboration with the Assistant Team Leader
• Conduct assessment interviews and organize team meetings
• Maintain flexibility to work across ambient, fresh, and freezer areas

The salary for the role is €3,000/month or higher, depending on experience. The workdays are from Monday to Sunday, with the shifts usually falling between 9:00/10:00 and 17:00/18:00 (not always) and Sunday always being free.

Apart from the base monthly salary, you'll also receive the following allowances and shift bonuses:

• Fresh Allowance: (+1/ +4C):€0.51 per hour
• Freezer Allowance (-15/ -23C): +€1.24 per hour.
• Monday – Friday (04:00 – 06:00) +25%
• Monday – Friday (19:00 – 22:00) +25%
• Monday – Friday (22:00 – 00:00) +50%
• Monday – Friday (00:00 – 04:00) +50%
• All Hours on Saturday +50%
• All Hours on Sunday +100%

Note: Employees in the freezer are provided a 15-minute pause in each hour of work16.

Requirements:

• Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
• Leadership Experience: Must have the ability to lead a team of about 25 Order Pickers
• Operational Skills: Required to plan daily operations, monitor processes, and optimize workflow
• Flexibility (Environmental): Must have the flexibility to work across ambient, fresh and freezer areas
• Safety Footwear: Safety shoes with a steel nose are required.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
