The position is based at our end-client's modern facility, a prominent logistics firm specializing in large-scale warehousing, distribution, and container processing. As a major player in the supply chain sector, this company manages high-volume inventory moves to ensure seamless goods transport across the region.

Job Description & Duties

• Primary Role: Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck to transport and stack pallets to assigned destinations within the warehouse.
• Task Flexibility: A high level of flexibility to switch to alternative warehouse tasks based on daily operational needs is vital for this role.

This is a full-time 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Salary 2.518€ gross/ gross/144 guaranteed hours in 4 weeks with a holiday allowance and bonus included (paid every 4 weeks).

Employees can request an advance of 75 euros per week, deducted from the monthly salary.

The role guarantees 36 secure hours per week.

• All Saturday hours are paid at a +50% premium rate.
• Sunday & Holiday Premium: Sundays and public holidays are paid at a +100% premium rate.
• Holiday Allowance: 8% of your gross salary, paid annually in June (or upon contract termination).
• Paid Leave: 144 hours of paid holiday based on a full-time contract.
• Career Growth: Direct opportunity to transition into a permanent contract after 2 years of employment.

Commuting transportation to and from the job site is completely free of charge. For designated company drivers, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and car insurance are fully covered by the company. Workdays are Monday through Saturday, with fixed morning shifts starting at six o'clock. Finishing times are not fixed and vary dynamically depending on the daily workload

Necessary company uniforms and work shoes are provided free of charge, provided they are returned at the end of employment.

Requirements

• Skills: Certified or highly experienced in driving a Reach Truck.
• Attitude: A flexible, proactive worker who adapts quickly to changing warehouse demands.
• Mobility: Holding a valid driver’s license is a strong asset, as you may be asked to serve as a company driver.
• Gear: Safety shoes with steel toes are required. You may bring your own, or use the free safety shoes and t-shirts provided by the company.
• Accommodation: Employees may share rooms with other tenants.
