Quality Control Employee (with experience) Breda, in Olanda

Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Employee to join their team in Breda. Take the opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role where you will play a critical part in maintaining high standards and ensuring product excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Inspect the quality of incoming and outgoing fruit and vegetables to ensure they meet strict standards.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate quality control reports.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers regarding quality-related matters.
• Deviation Management: Identify, report, and follow up on any quality deviations promptly.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, plus working one Saturday per month (in return, you receive one day off during the week).

Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, with options for overtime).

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory;
• Selection Process: Requires an initial interview at the client's location.

• Eye for Detail: Quality-focused with a strong eye for detail and compliance
  • Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable working in a food-handling and logistics environment.
• Logistics: A valid driver's license and your own car are needed (one-way travel distance is within 40 km).
• Accommodation: Willingness to share a room with other tenants (if necessary)
• Partner: Working with different shifts with your partner not being a problem (if applicable)
