Our client, Aldor BV, is looking for a production employee to join their team in Weert, the Netherlands!

Aldor BV, based in Weert, Netherlands, specializes in aluminum surface treatments like anodizing, chromating, and chemical polishing for industries including automotive and electronics. They are seeking a production employee to join their passionate team, working with advanced processes in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Hang aluminium parts on racks for processing;
• Transport the parts to specialised anodising baths for treatment;
• Work collaboratively as part of a team throughout the production process;
• Remove treated parts from the racks and inspect their quality;
• Pack the finished aluminium products for customer transport.

The starting salary for this position is €14.40 per hour ,excluding shift allowances, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working in two shifts, and offering a long-term employment opportunity.

Requirements

• CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• Proficient in Dutch or English (minimum B2 level);
• Physically fit for tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting;
• You are accurate, reliable, honest, and collegiate;
• Following the procedures and rules regarding safety;
• Adapting quickly to a new environment;
• Ambitious and eager to learn new skill;
• Team player with the ability to work independently;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Ready to stay long-term in the Netherlands.
