Job Responsibilities

As a Production Butcher, your core tasks will include:

• Cutting and portioning meat
• Marinating products
• Deboning
• Skinning and trimming
• Splitting and processing meat products
• Performing other general production and butchery duties

The average workweek is 38 hours per week with an estimated monthly gross of €2,448.72. This is a professional and informal team role with an immediate start.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate with a solid background in the butcher industry.

• Prior experience with meat processing and butcher shop operations is required.
• Suitable applicants may have previous experience working as a Retail Butcher, Production Butcher, or Apprentice Butcher.
• Strong adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards in a food production setting.
• Physical stamina and strength required for continuous meat handling, standing, and manual tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cooperative, team-oriented production crew.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive work ethic to maintain fast-paced operational workflows.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude toward production demands.
• Willing to share a room and accommodation with other tenants
