Our clients are looking for motivated and experienced workers to join modern pig farms in the Netherlands.

Farms in the Netherlands are large-scale operations, often housing between 8,000–10,000 fattening pigs or 300 – 1,000 sows (adult female pigs that give birth to piglets). This is very different from small family farms. What matters most is hands-on experience with large pig farms.

If you have worked in professional, large-scale environments and enjoy caring for pigs, piglets, and meat pigs with responsibility and dedication, this could be your ideal next job!

Main Responsibilities

• Administering treatments and vaccinations
• Cleaning stables with a high-pressure washer
• Moving pigs between departments
• Feeding and monitoring pigs
• Other related farm duties

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience on pig farms – must be with large-scale pig farming 5000+ pigs, or 300+ sows (adult female pigs that give birth to piglets).
• 👉🏻 Note: Experience with small herds (e.g., 50 pigs) does not qualify for this role. Candidates must have proven experience in large-scale pig farming to be considered.
• Simple CV in English is required to apply
• Ability to follow strict hygiene protocols
• Responsible, accurate, and structured work approach
• Enthusiasm for working with pigs and piglets
• Willingness to work and live with multiple nationalities
• Availability to stay long-term in the Netherlands

Offer

• Starting salary from €15 gross per hour for a 40-hour workweek (final offer specified after interview)
• Year-round position with holiday arrangements in consultation with the client
• Weekend work may be required (based on consultation)
• Work inside modern stables at a comfortable temperature
