Overhead Crane Operator (Concrete Factory) (€430 - €500 net per week) Amsterdam, in Olanda

For a leading concrete factory in the Port of Amsterdam, we are looking for experienced Overhead Crane Operators. In this role, you will operate a large overhead crane used to move heavy concrete elements throughout the production facility. The work is performed in pairs, and you will operate the crane while working at height from a work basket. This is a long-term, year-round position with excellent opportunities to grow within the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate a large overhead crane safely and efficiently.
• Move heavy concrete products within the factory.
• Work at height from a basket while operating the crane.
• Cooperate closely with your working partner.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience operating an overhead crane (mandatory).
• Comfortable working at height.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.

What We Offer

• Starting salary of €16.12 gross/hour.
• Neto weekly salary approximately €430 – €500
• Shift allowances for early and other applicable shifts.
• 3.5% year-end bonus.
• Salary increase after 1–2 months based on performance and ability to operate the large crane independently.
• Employment under the Concrete Products Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Betonproductenindustrie).
