Order Picker – Cosmetics Warehouse (with experience) Veghel, in Olanda

Our client operates a warehouse specialising in cosmetics and clothing products. The company is responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring products are carefully picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. We are looking for motivated and reliable Order Pickers to join the warehouse team.

Job Tasks –As an Order Picker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Collecting products according to customer orders using a handheld scanner.
• Picking cosmetics and clothing items accurately and efficiently.
• Checking products for quality and ensuring orders are correct.
• Packing products and preparing orders for shipment.
• Sorting and organising products within the warehouse.
• Working with an OPT (Order Picking Truck) to collect products from elevated storage levels.
• Keeping your working area clean, organised, and tidy.
• Important: Candidates must be comfortable operating an OPT and working at elevated heights.

Working Hours & Shifts

The position operates in a two-shift system:

Morning shift: 07:30–16:30

Late shift: 09:30–18:30

During periods of high demand, an additional shift may be introduced:

Evening shift: 14:00–23:00

Shift Allowances

Shift allowance: +25% for hours worked after 18:00.

Holiday allowance: +8%, paid weekly.

Vacation hours: +8.51%, paid out during your holiday.

Requirements

• Minimum B1 level of English.
• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse work.
• Comfortable working at heights and picking products from elevated storage levels using an OPT.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible, motivated, and reliable attitude.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom).
