Are you looking for a job as an Industrial Painter in the Netherlands? Do you have experience with spray painting, surface preparation, or industrial coating? We are looking for motivated workers to join the paint department at DAF Trucks, one of Europe's leading truck manufacturers.

As an Industrial Painter, you will work in a large, modern truck factory, where you will be responsible for preparing and spray painting truck chassis. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every chassis receives a smooth, even, and high-quality paint finish. This is an active, hands-on job that requires attention to detail and following safety procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare truck chassis for painting, including masking and protecting parts that should not be painted.
• Perform sanding and surface preparation to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Apply industrial paint using manual wet spray painting techniques.
• Check the paint quality, coating thickness, and overall finish.
• Follow production targets and quality standards.
• Keep the painting area clean and follow all safety procedures.
• Rotate between different tasks within the team during your shift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in industrial painting, spray painting, or a similar field is preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are also welcome.
• Experience with masking, sanding, surface preparation, and wet spray painting is an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately and follow production instructions.
• Willingness to wear protective clothing and respiratory protection.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, bending, and reaching during work.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• A responsible attitude towards safety and quality.
