Join the team at Lidl Online’s modern distribution center in Venlo, where you’ll work with non-food products such as home appliances, garden equipment, and clothing.

Combitruck Forklift Operator (VNA type)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Combitruck forklift in narrow aisles
• Load and unload pallets
• Support general warehouse tasks when required
• Perform internal transport of goods
• Support general warehouse operations when required

The base salary for this role is €15.34 gross/hour. Employees will also receive additional allowances up to €18.30 gross/hour (incl. holiday allowance & reserves).

Shift allowances are the following: Mon–Fri (20:00–22:00) → +25%, Mon–Fri (22:00–06:00) → +50%, Saturday (06:00–18:00) → +30%, Saturday (18:00–06:00) → +50%, Sunday (all shifts) → +50%.

In addition to this, drivers also receive an allowance of €2.50/day, up to €12.50/week. The company also provides free S3 safety shoes and vest.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 month of forklift experience
• Valid Dutch Combitruck license (mandatory)
• Criminal record certificate required, not older than 6 months (before start of work or up to 4 weeks since starting)
• Work during Christmas and Easter is mandatory, first holiday possible after 12 weeks.
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift schedule
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable
• A team player with attention to detail and accountability
