Are you an experienced forklift driver with a passion for efficiency and a professional mindset? Our client is looking for a dedicated Logistics Forklift Driver to join their team in Aalsmeer, the heart of the global flower export industry.

In this role, you will handle diverse logistics tasks to keep our supply chain running flawlessly. Working within a multicultural environment, you will be responsible for preparing, building, and transporting beautiful floral cargo for international distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cargo Transport: Safely and efficiently transport cargo throughout the facility using a forklift.
• Trolley Building: Build and organize specialized transport trolleys loaded with flowers and plants.
• Preparation: Prepare floral products securely for incoming and outgoing transport.
• Process Flow: Actively ensure that the entire logistics process runs smoothly from start to finish.

The base salary or the role is €14.71 gross per hour. Secure accommodation is fully provided for the duration of your contract.

It's also important to note that bacause the company handles fresh cargo, working conditions are mostly maintained at a cool 10C degress. The team is diverse, collaborative, incllusive, and multicultural.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications & Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift, backed by a valid forklift license.
• Language Skills: A reliable B1+ command of the English language.
• Mindset: Professional maturity, an invested mindset , and a sharp eye for product quality.
• Industry Interest: A genuine interest in working with flowers and plants.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
