At the moment, the company is looking for dedicated loading employees.

About The Role

As a Loading & Unloading Employee at the HEMA distribution center, you will play a key role in the logistics process. Your main tasks include:

• Unloading containers and stacking goods on pallets
• Checking product condition and reporting damages
• Working in a physical, team-based environment to keep the supply chain running smoothly
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised

This role is essential for ensuring products reach stores across Europe efficiently and in perfect condition.

The salary for this role is €15.75/hour with shift bonuses (22:00–07:00: +50%, Sundays: +100%, Public holidays: +100%), and overtime bonuses (above 40 hours/week: +40% and above 10 hours/day: +10%).

Apart from this, there's free transport to work (either bicycles (if under 10km) or company cars. Drivers may be assigned; all costs are covered by the company.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Team-oriented mindset
• Safety-conscious
• Valid driving license is a plus (for company car use)
• Safety shoes with steel toes are required (can be provided if needed).

Shoes are free if you stay 6+ months. If you leave earlier, a fee of €35 applies.
