CNC Turner (Siemens Sinumerik experience) (€600 – €720 net per week) in Olanda

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join the company that is a specialized machine factory producing high-quality precision components for various industries, including machine building, food production, inland shipping, yacht building, offshore, agricultural machinery and aerospace. Production ranges from unique one-off components to small series, using modern CNC, teach-in and conventional machinery.

As a CNC Turner, you will independently manufacture precision components according to technical drawings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating CNC turning and milling machines;
• Programming CNC machines using Siemens Sinumerik controls;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings independently;
• Determining the correct machining process, tools and settings;
• Producing one-off components and small series;
• Machining stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics and other materials;
• Measuring finished components using appropriate measuring tools;
• Performing quality checks during and after production;
• Making necessary machine adjustments to ensure accurate results;
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of CNC machining experience;
• Proven experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Setter-Operator;
• Experience independently setting CNC machines;
• Good experience with Siemens Sinumerik programming;
• Ability to read and work independently from technical drawings;
• Experience machining stainless steel and other metals;
• Experience with one-off products and small-series production;
• Good knowledge of measuring and inspection tools;
• Accurate and quality-focused working style;
• Willingness to work and live in the Netherlands.
