Their solutions include monolithic machine bases, motion platforms, guides, granite machine parts, metal machine frames, and aerostatic applications. As a CNC Operator / Setter at NTS Helmond, you will work in a specialized and unique production environment where large blocks of natural granite, as well as steel parts, are machined into extremely precise components. These components form the basis for modules used in high-tech measuring machines, especially within the semiconductor industry. NTS Helmond is one of the few companies in Europe with expertise in machining granite. The role focuses mainly on CNC machining, but you will also occasionally perform conventional machining tasks. Your precision, independence, and technical expertise ensure that colleagues and clients can rely on the quality of your work.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machining machines and perform conventional machining tasks
• Check product dimensions and quality and identify any deviations
• Move materials using lifting and transport equipment
• Perform minor maintenance on machines and tools
• Process production and time registrations according to applicable procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Consult with the supervisor regarding progress
• Contribute ideas and improvements to the production process

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to attend a personal meeting at the company
• Own car preferred
• Experience with operating and configuring CNC machines
• Knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens, and/or Fanuc controls
• Vocational (MBO) work and thinking level
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Motivated and proactive attitude
• Enjoy working in a team where craftsmanship and quality are important
