CNC Bench press Operator / Setter (€535 net per week) in Olanda

We are looking for a motivated CNC Bench press Operator/Setter to join our production team. You will work primarily with stainless steel sheet materials in various thicknesses and finishes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sheet metal work who enjoys precise, custom projects and wants a long-term, stable position.

As a bench press operator – sheet metal worker, you will be responsible for:

• Processing and shaping stainless steel sheet metal
• Setting up and operating bench press machines
• (No programming required – operating and setting the machine is sufficient)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Working accurately on custom-made products
• Ensuring quality and precision in all tasks

Job Requirements

• 2 years experience as a bench press operator
• Experience as a sheet metal worker
• Strong affinity with metalwork and technology
• Ability to read and work according to technical drawings
• Good eye for quality and detail
• Accurate, structured, and reliable working approach
• Willing to stay for a longer, stable employment period

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €535 net per week
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, day shift
• Accommodation: Single-room housing provided

  • Company car: €10/week (driver pays €5/week)
  • E-bike: €17.50/week (also for private use)
