We are looking for a motivated Cleanroom Employee to join a modern metalworking company in the Eindhoven region. You will work in a sterile cleanroom environment, ensuring that high-quality metal components meet strict cleanliness and quality standards before they are shipped to customers. Your responsibilities:

• Clean and inspect metal components in a sterile cleanroom environment
• Detect defects, including inspections using blacklight
• Perform quality checks according to work instructions
• Sterile packaging of finished products and preparation for shipment
• Monitor production planning and work progress using a tablet
• Carry out light mechanical assembly based on technical drawings when required
• Follow strict cleanroom clothing and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• Technical affinity and experience in metalworking or a tech production environment
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Reliable, accurate, and able to follow procedures carefully
