Our client produces minibuses and midibuses for the public transport sector. In addition to buses, they develop and produce special vehicles in a variety of designs for many sectors.

The Special Vehicles department is a trusted conversion partner, offering innovative solutions for modern transport needs. Their focus is on vehicle modifications, especially (LCV) Light Commercial Vehicle platforms up to 5.5t and special projects up to 7.5t.

With many years of experience, they specialize in complex vehicles with extensive system integration and body modifications. Examples include installing visual and sound signaling systems, communication equipment, and armor. This branch is a leader in the special vehicle world, delivering the highest quality innovative products for police, defense, medical services, and fire brigades.

Are you a hero in the electrical world who can fully equip a car or bus with everything it needs?

As an Automotive Electrician, your main tasks will include:

• Independently installing all common electrical equipment and doors in vehicles based on the provided information
• Completely pre-cabling vehicles, including extending and adjusting all original cable harnesses
• Installing, constructing, connecting, and testing all common equipment according to customer requirements (such as audio systems, public address systems, indoor and outdoor lighting, payment systems, and doors)
• Installing additional systems like parking heaters, plinth heating, comfort heating, and motor fire extinguishing systems (e.g., Fogmaker)

You will be part of a professional yet informal team, contributing to advanced special vehicle production.

Requirements

• Completed MTS or MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering (or proven experience in the industry)
• Knowledge of Star Diagnosis (Mercedes Benz) is a big plus
• Ability to work with low current 12-24 V systems
• Strong technical insight and affinity with the automotive industry
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Flexible, accurate, practical, and proactive attitude

Working Conditions

• Salary: €600 / 40 hours per week
