Warehouse worker (Germany) Ulm, u Njemačkoj

Our partners in Germany Muller are currently looking for warehouse workers to join their team. The company commissions drugstore products, sweets, Christmas accessories, school supplies, etc.

Your tasks working as a warehouse worker will include:

• Order picking and packing using a handheld scanner;
• Inform the team leader of any product errors;
• Following safety rules and instructions;
• Other related warehouse tasks.

Work is organized in different shifts: morning/evening/night. Overtime bonus from the 41st hour 25%, for nights 25%, for Sundays 50%, no work on holidays.

The minimum guaranteed hours is 151.67 per month. With Saturday work and extended shifts, you can reach up to 200 hours per month. Shifts from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is compulsory), Sundays also appear (voluntary), for nights the plan is arranged individually.

For transport to work, at least one person from the group is required to have a driving license and is willing to drive a company car and take other employees to work.

Requirements:

• Logistics experience would be a plus;
• Able to obtain proof of a clean criminal record if requested by the employer;
• Due to the specific requirements of the role, the minimum height requirement for employees is 165 cm.
• Good physical condition; able to stand for long periods and walk approximately 10,000 steps per day.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system, 6-day workweek, and overtime when required.
• Good communication skills and a responsible, reliable attitude.
• Availability to work in Germany for long periods of time (minimum 6 months).
