Recruitment & Onboarding Process

  1. First interview with the agency's recruiter: The agency will contact you and arrange an initial interview. During this interview, the recruiter will:

    • Discuss your bus driving experience and background
    • Explain the available position and working conditions
    • Discuss the salary, accommodation, transport and other important conditions
  2. Job offer from the agency: If the first interview is successful and the agency considers you suitable, they will send you a job offer with the specific employment conditions. You will have time to review the offer and confirm whether you would like to proceed.
  3. Offer acceptance & second confirmation call: Once you accept the offer, the agency will arrange a second short interview/call with you. The purpose of this call is to make sure that:
    • You fully understand the job and conditions
    • All your questions have been answered
    • You are still interested and committed to the position
    • There are no misunderstandings regarding salary, accommodation, working hours, transport or relocation

  • Accommodation is arranged under a separate agreement.
