We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in the Netherlands. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience in a concrete production environment who enjoys coordinating a team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

As a Team Leader / Frontman, you will be responsible for leading a team on the production floor and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will coordinate work activities, support your colleagues, and make sure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating a team of production employees.
• Planning and coordinating daily work activities.
• Ensuring production is completed according to quality and safety standards.
• Supervising workflow and solving operational issues when needed.
• Communicating clearly with both the production team and management.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Frontman, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a precast concrete or concrete production company.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Safety-conscious with a hands-on attitude.

What We Offer

• Salary: €18.00–€21.00 gross per hour, depending on experience.
