Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Reachtruck Driver, you are a key player in ensuring the entire logistics process runs smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:

• High-Level Maneuvering: Operating a reach truck to transport cargo to heights of up to 10 meters, strictly adhering to all safety regulations.
• Transport Preparation: Preparing products for transport to ensure they reach their destination safely and on time.
• Logistics Coordination: Overseeing various tasks within the warehouse to maintain an efficient workflow.

We offer competitive rates and consistent schedules across several key hubs:

• Rijsenhout & Hillegom: €14.71 gross per hour.
• Amsterdam: €15.75 gross per hour.
• Benefits: Employees receive an 8.33% holiday allowance (with some locations offering additional reserved vacation hours up to 10.92%).
• Schedule: Predominantly consistent day shifts (typically Monday–Friday), allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

We are seeking a professionally mature candidate with an invested mindset who takes pride in the quality of their work.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Language: B1+ command of the English language.
• Mindset: A strong interest in logistics and an eye for detail and quality.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in temperatures of approximately 10°C
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
