Join DSV’s modern logistics center in Tholen, specializing in gardening products (SBD – Black & Decker) and medical supplies (Scholl). Work in a well-organized warehouse with a steady indoor temperature of around +19°C.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck for warehouse tasks
• Manually load and unload goods
• Follow warehouse procedures to ensure safe handling and storage

Requirements

• Communicative level of English or Dutch
• Valid Polish or Dutch forklift license
• Before arrival a Certificate of No Criminal Record (for accommodation)
• Prior experience is a plus
• Category B driving license is a bonus
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to commit long-term

Salary €16.21 gross/hour (base rate €14.77 + holiday allowance (Vakantiegeld) min. 8% + €0.26 ADV)

The shifts of the employee will depend on the department they are working in. Shifts in the gardening department are between 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00. The medical department's shifts are: 06:00–15:00 / 10:00–19:00. Weekend work is also possible and there are three unpaid breaks each day (2x 15 min + 1x 30 min). All candidates must pass an internal reach truck test within the first 2 weeks.

Age-based wages:

• 18 years: €10.52 gross/hour
• 19 years: €12.02 gross/hour
• 20 years: €13.53 gross/hour
• 21+ years: €14.97 gross/hour

Bonuses:

Mon–Fri 19:00–22:00: +25%

Tue/Fri 00:00–06:00: +50%

Sat 00:00–06:00: +75%

Sat 06:00–19:00: +50%

Sunday (all day): +100%
