The client is a state-of-the-art, family-owned food manufacturing company that blends, packs, and repacks high-quality powder food ingredients for prominent national and international brands. The facility operates under the highest food safety standards, handling specialized product lines including gluten-free, allergen-free, Kosher, and Halal ingredients.

About the Role

This entry-level position is straightforward, offering a clear path to stable employment.

However, because you are dealing with raw ingredient blending, the role is highly physical and requires someone who can maintain high energy and sharp focus throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Feeding: Lift and empty large bags of ingredient powders (weighing up to 25 kg each) into blending and processing machines.
• Physical Navigation: Comfortably work across a two-story layout, which requires regularly moving up and down stairs during your shift.
• Quality & Output Focus: Work with absolute structure and precision to ensure strict food quality standards are met while hitless meeting daily output targets.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace to comply with high-level allergen and food safety regulations.

The salary for the role is €14.71 gross per hour (€17.87 gross per hour including the 21.5% shift allowance). The job is full-time, with a structured shift rotation.

Secure agency housing is fully available right in Tilburg. Unlike standard layouts, this SNF-certified house accommodates only 5 people, ensuring everyone gets their own private, single room.

Requirements

• Open for WhatsApp video call with the agency and live interview with the client upon arrival;
• Experience in food production or a similar production environment is mandatory;
• Physical Capability: Due to the intensive lifting requirements (25 kg bags) and stair climbing, this role requires high physical stamina and strength.
