We are looking for skilled Panel Beaters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles and restoring body and chassis parts. You’ll handle both minor and major damage repairs, ensuring every vehicle is delivered in perfect condition to the preparation and paint departments.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and reassemble body and chassis parts.
- Repair and renew damaged parts using a variety of techniques.
- Handle both small repairs (under 2 hours recovery time) and extensive damage repairs.
- Perform welding (CO2 and copper).
- Use hydraulic tools, benches, and digital measuring systems for precision repairs.
- Restore the original structure and lines of the vehicle.
- Apply kit and sealants as originally specified.
- Sand bare metal and apply the first layer of putty.
- Tighten and refine sanded surfaces.
- Repair bumpers using a welding machine.
- Operate all tools responsibly and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Use spotters and, ideally, have experience with the Miracle repair system.
- Complete assignments according to high-quality standards within set deadlines.
- Work independently with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience as a panel beater in a professional setting (at least 1 year).
- Skilled in welding, hydraulic repair tools, and digital measurement systems.
- Familiarity with modern techniques and brands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Precision, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Use of personal protective equipment at all times (safety shoes, masks, gloves).
- A valid driving license (Category B) is a plus.
