Join the international logistics team at our client Utrecht. As an Orderpicker, you will use a modern voice picking system to gather orders for the hospitality and foodservice industry. You will be a vital part of a fast-paced environment, ensuring that restaurants, hotels, and healthcare facilities receive their supplies accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice Picking: Collecting products based on instructions received through a headset.
• Order Assembly: Placing products onto roll containers, ensuring heavier items are placed correctly (weights range from 2 to 25 kg).
• Quality Assurance: Checking completed orders for accuracy and resolving any identified issues with your team.
• Loading Preparation: Transporting full roll containers to the designated loading points.

The starting salary for this role is €14.89 per hour + €0.56 cold allowance (Total €15.45 gross/hr). Additionally, after 3 weeks of good perfmroance, your base salary may increase to €14.98 and after 12 weeks of great results, it can reach €15.21.

Additional bonuses include:

• Overtime & Weekend Rates: 150% for Saturdays and 200% for Sundays/Holidays.
• Freezer Bonus: Extra compensation is provided for any hours worked in the freezer section.

Professional safety shoes and warm work jackets are provided by the company.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 36 hours per week (Full-time).
• Shifts: Primarily evening and night shifts.
• Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, though schedules are finalized weekly and may vary.
• Breaks: Two paid 10-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute break per shift.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Proficiency: High level of English is required to use the voice picking system and pass the initial interview.
• Physical Stamina: Candidates must be prepared for physically demanding work and frequent lifting.
• Temperature Resilience: Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment (4°C). Protective jackets are provided.
• Reliability: Punctuality and a serious work ethic are essential for the Monday start after a successful interview.
• Assessment: Candidates must pass a test and attend an introductory tour on-site before starting.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
