Order Picker (clean criminal record) Etten-Leur, Waalwijk, u Nizozemskoj

Opis posla

The distribution center has a branch in Etten-Leur. It supplies stores with various types of products, mainly electronics, such as televisions, computers, consoles, and other small electronic devices.

The work is carried out in shifts and takes place at room temperature (18–20°C).

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders using a handheld scanner
• Pack electronic devices and prepare parcels for shipping
• Apply promotional labels to products
• Load and unload goods
• Sort packages and ensure accurate delivery to the correct recipients

Several shifts where you can be rostered 5 days from Monday to Saturday. Working shifts: 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 00:00 . During workdays, employees will get two unpaid 15-minute coffee breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.

Important note: It is not allowed to take a free day or holiday between October 1^st, and December 6^th, 2026.

Requirements

• Intermediate level of English (B1+)
• Willingness to work long-term
• Team player with a flexible attitude
• Before arrival a Certificate of No Criminal Record (for accommodation)
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Bonuses:

• +30% bonus for overtime (40+ hours, Mon–Sat)
• +50% bonus for Sunday work
• Holiday allowance (8.33%) paid weekly or annually
• Vacation days reserve (10.92%) paid out on request or at end of contract

Additional Info:

• Safety shoes provided; candidates have to take their own workwear;
• First salary paid in week 2 of employment (no cash advances);
• If fewer hours are available, you may be transferred to another workplace.
