As a Welder at Robust, you will play a vital role in the fabrication of steel structures used across various industrial projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Precision welding of complex steel components using MIG, MAG, and TIG techniques
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately
• Collaborating with engineers and other specialists to ensure project success
• Contributing to innovation by suggesting improvements to production processes
• Ensuring safety by working according to high safety standards and maintaining a clean, secure environment

Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A completed education in metal technology
• Relevant work experience – at least 2 years
• Valid MIG/MAG welding certificates (TIG is a plus)
• A valid VCA basic safety certificate (or willingness to obtain it)
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A genuine passion for welding and attention to detail
• A team-oriented mindset and a proactive work attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €550 – €600 net per week (based on a 40-hour workweek)
