As a Production Employee, you are an essential link in our process. You’ll work with both your hands and state-of-the-art machinery to bring innovative concepts to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Role

AS a meat production employee, your job will be the following:

• Artisanal Processing: Prepare and process meat products according to established recipes and strict quality standards.
• Modern Operations: Operate and monitor advanced production machinery to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.
• Quality Control: Vigilantly check products throughout the entire process to identify and address any deviations.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, orderly work environment by strictly following all hygiene protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with driven colleagues to achieve daily production goals and optimize planning.

This role offers a competitive salary of a €14.71 gross base pay per hour (for all ages), with attractive bonuses, like 114% shift allowances. The job offers a consistent work schedule with 38 hours, and several opportunutites to develop your skills within the meat processing industry.
