BEUMER Group Benelux provides sales, commissioning, service, and support for automated logistics systems. Their customers specialize in sorting postal packages across the Netherlands and Belgium. With a team of over 170 employees, BEUMER Group values a positive work environment.

The BEUMER Group machines operate at their customers' locations. These machines run 24 hours a day and there are always employees working on this machine. Your job is to make sure this machine can keep running all the time. Do you hear something crazy? Then you start investigating to fix this. Is there a malfunction (mechanical, electrical, or whatever)? Then you solve this immediately. Does a screw or light need to be replaced? This is also part of your duties. You are the employee who ensures that this logistics process can continue and the machine remains operational.

As a maintenance technician, you ensure the continuous operation of automated machines at customer sites. Your tasks include:

Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical malfunctions
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
Replacing parts and making system adjustments
Monitoring stock and ordering necessary components
Conducting facility maintenance (e.g., lighting, minor repairs)
You are essential in keeping logistics processes running smoothly.

Requirements

Experience or affinity with electrical and mechanical maintenance (at least 2 years)
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Knowledge of tools and troubleshooting
Valid VCA certificate – or willingness to obtain one in your first 3 months (paid by the agency)
Flexible – you work always in 1 location – but it may happen that you will have to go to another one to help or fill in for a colleague)
Motivated for long-term employment
