For a concrete production factory in Woerdense Verlaat, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Concrete Production Worker. In this role, you will support the production process by assisting with rebar installation, removing concrete molds, and preparing molds for new concrete pours.

No previous experience in this field is mandatory, as full training will be provided by the company. This position offers a great opportunity for candidates looking for stable, long-term employment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation of reinforcing steel (rebar)
• Removing molds after concrete production
• Cleaning and preparing molds for new concrete pours
• Supporting general production and maintenance activities
• Performing other common factory tasks as required
• Following safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Experience in technical field – preferably construction, handyman
• Practical and hands-on mentality
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

What We Offer

• Gross hourly wage between €15.70 and €17.25
• Weekly net earnings of approximately €400 – €500
