Concrete Production Worker (Assembler/Construction worker) (€500 net per week) Geertruidenberg, in Netherlands

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in the production of concrete elements. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, durable components for the construction industry. We are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to strengthen our production team in Geertruidenberg.

As a Concrete Production Worker you will be responsible for producing concrete elements such as gallery slabs, balcony slabs, landings, stairs, and more. This position involves working with molds, reinforcements, and concrete in a production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining wooden molds
• Removing finished concrete elements from molds
• Placing reinforcement elements based on simple construction drawings
• Preparing molds for concrete pouring and executing the pour
• Working efficiently and accurately to meet production targets

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a consistent pace
• Practical skills and a quick learner
• Ability to read and follow basic construction drawings (no upside-down interpretation needed)
• Willingness to ask questions and continuously improve
• Experience in carpentry or concrete work is a plus, but not strictly required
• Proactive attitude; readiness to contribute without waiting for instructions
• A driver's license is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly net salary:
  • Starting: €500
  • After 3 months: €550
  • After 12 months: €600
• Opportunity for overtime
