In this role, you will contribute to the production of prefabricated concrete elements. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing molds and formwork Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete Processing reinforcement based on technical drawings Inspecting finished products for dimensions and quality Performing minor maintenance on tools and machinery Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment Identifying opportunities for process improvements Collaborating with team members while maintaining high safety and quality standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in prefabricated concrete production Experience producing advanced prefab elements (e.g., sandwich panels, stairs, balconies) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Basic hand tools (can be provided if needed) Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently and in a team No specific certifications required Employment details Salary: €15 – €19 gross/hour – approx.
