Join one of the most modern and largely mechanized distribution centers in the Netherlands. Our client's center in Oss is critical for providing efficient deliveries to supermarkets across the country. They are looking for flexible, versatile workers ready to rotate through various key departments.

What You Will Do

As a warehouse worker, your responsibilities will include rotating through the following areas:

• Inbound: Receiving new goods from truck drivers.
• Picking Systems: Utilizing Voice picking and equipment handling (CPS) and picking products under time pressure (DPS).
• Outbound: Placing carts for pickup (physically demanding).
• Emballage: Handling empty product packages and carts (physically demanding).
• Physical Labor: Handling tasks that require heavy lifting (up to 25kg).

This role offers competitive pay with an hourly wage of €16.09 plus holiday allowance. In addition to this, there are additional shift allowances (125% for hours between 19:00-22:00 and 04:00-06:00; 150% for hours between 22:00-04:00).

The position also offers travel compensation (€0.21 per km (up to 50 km per day)), and an employment contract. Candidates should have a place to stay and their own car.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: Operates in three shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Hours: Standard shifts are 06:00-14:30, 14:00-22:30, and 22:00-06:30 (subject to change; some departments may operate on 2 shifts).
• Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work weekends and overtime.

Requirements:

• Language: Must be fluent in English or Dutch.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics is required and ability to do heavy liftings
• Accommodation:Own accommodation
• Car: Own transportation
• Legal Work Details: BSN (we will not arrange appointment)
• English: at B1 level (minimum)
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift at least 20 kg and readiness for a physically demanding environment.

In case candidates need accommodation, they should be willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom), and accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a partner or a friend.
