YourSurprise specialises in creating personalized gifts that bring joy — from chocolates and t-shirts to clocks, wine glasses, and so much more! At the moment, the company is searching for warehouse employees to join their team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our internal logistics, ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time to keep production running smoothly. This active, physical role is key to our daily operations, especially during the busy holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute goods to various production lines.
• Collect and remove empty pallets.
• Actively replenish consumables, such as boxes.
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate a pump truck for internal transport.
• Unload incoming containers manually.

The starting salary for this role is €14.45, but eventually, it will increase to €14.95 gross/hour. Employees receive weekly payments and brakes during work are unpaid.

Job Requirements:

• Flexible mindset, willing to work longer hours during peak periods and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is essential for workplace communication, as the computer system is in English. English language skills must be stronger than those of the gift operators. English language skills will be tested before placement.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
• A proactive and independent work attitude.
• Accurate and highly motivated.
