We are looking for a Terminal Driver to join our logistics team. You will work for a leading logistics company specializing in the distribution of fresh produce, renowned for its reliability, efficiency, and high safety standards. Located near Rotterdam, it combines state-of-the-art facilities with a customer-centric approach to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. The company is committed to sustainability and innovation in all its operations.  

As a Terminal Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Transporting pallets and crates within the warehouse and to various buildings.
• Maneuvering trailers and positioning them at designated docks.
• Ensuring load safety, accuracy, and verifying associated documentation.
• Collaborating with warehouse coordinators and team leaders to maintain efficiency.
• Following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid C driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a similar position is not required but preferred.

Work Conditions and Benefits:

• Salary: €15.58 gross per hour, net salary – approximately €500 per week
• Free transportation to work.
  • Accommodation within 10 km: Bicycles are provided (€250 charge if not returned).
  • Accommodation further than 10 km: Company-provided cars (fuel, repairs, and insurance covered).
• Accommodation:
  • Shared rooms (2 persons per room) at €125 per week.
• Health Insurance:
  • Dutch health insurance required.
  • Can be arranged through LogIQ (€38.02 per week) or provide own insurance.
• Safety Gear:
  • Steel-toe safety shoes required (can bring own or purchase through LogIQ).
