Wibra is a well-established Dutch retail chain, known for its wide assortment of toys, household products, clothing, and pet accessories. With stores across the Netherlands, Wibra continues to grow and is looking for motivated warehouse employees to join its distribution centers in Epe or Vaassen.

Your Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks manually
• Receiving and verifying incoming goods
• Palletizing items according to guidelines
• Picking orders based on a checklist

The base gross hourly wage for this position is €14.61 but the total rate with allowances is €17.41/hour gross. Workers will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday (07:00 – 15:30 and 15:30 – 00:00), with occasional overtime. The total weekly working hours will reach approximately 40 hours per week.

The role also involves the following shift allowances:

• Shift allowance: +50% (06:00–07:00 and 22:00–00:00)
• Sunday work: +50%
• Public holidays: +100%
• Overtime (above 40h/week): +50%
• Holiday allowance: 8.33% of gross income
• Holiday leave reserve: 10.92% of gross income

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
• Minimum of 6 moths previous experience as a warehouse worker;
• Ability to work independently and switch between departments
• Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing work tasks;
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary;
• Physically strong and capable of handling physical tasks;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
