We are looking for two experienced Steel Construction Welders for a high-volume project in a well-equipped workshop in the Netherlands. If you are skilled in MIG/MAG welding and enjoy consistent, technical work with structure, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Job Description

• Welding steel beams using jigs in a workshop environment
• Repetitive series production with consistent beam sizes and structure
• Ensuring welds meet required specifications and quality standards

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience welding steel constructions (plate thickness: 4–12 mm)
• Preferably able to read technical drawings
• Experience in greenhouse structure welding is an advantage

Certifications:

• Welding certificate for process 136, position PB (preferred)

Conditions & Benefits

• Work Schedule: 5–6 days/week
  • Starting at 5×8 hours/week
  • Most weeks expected to be 55–60 hours including Saturdays
• Holidays: Maximum 1 week during the assignment
• Net Salary: €680/week (based on 40 hours) paid weekly, every Wednesday
  • Overtime available, resulting in approx. €880 net/week for 55 hours
  • Please note: higher overtime hours may be subject to higher tax brackets
• Accommodation: Provided by the agency (private bedroom)
• Daily Work Commute:
  • Own car: €0.23/km
  • Timing car: available
• Health Insurance: Optional via agency at approx. €38/week (deducted from salary)
• Duration of the project – most probably approx. 12 weeks.
