Are you an experienced spray painter looking for a stable job in the Netherlands?

For a modern timber manufacturing company, Bluemink, we are looking for a Spray Painter to work with wooden window frames. You don't need previous experience painting wood specifically—the company will teach you the required techniques on the job. Experience with spray painting in the automotive, furniture, metal, or a similar industry is welcome.

Your responsibilities

• Spray painting wooden window frames and other timber components
• Preparing surfaces before painting
• Applying paint evenly and accurately
• Checking the quality of the finished products
• Keeping your workplace and equipment clean
• Following production and safety instructions

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of spray painting experience
• Experience from automotive, furniture, metal, or a similar industry is suitable
• Willingness to learn specific techniques for painting wooden products
• Good eye for detail and quality
• Motivated and reliable working attitude
• Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory – if you don't have it, you have to be prepared to ride a bicycle to work (up to 5 km one way)

What we offer

• Around €550 net per week, depending on hours and candidate's skills/experience
• Gross hourly salary of €17.00–€18.50, depending on experience
