An innovative company in Waalwijk operating as part of the Dutch government’s Controlled Cannabis Supply Chain Experiment, cultivating high-quality, legal cannabis under strict regulations for recreational and scientific use, with around 60 team members handling cultivation, processing, wholesale, and transport under one roof.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working in a modern cultivation facility surrounded by plants that need a little extra care, your duties will vary daily to ensure everything grows just right:

• Cutting clones, pruning, moving plant trays, and harvesting mature cannabis plants.
• Keeping the grow rooms clean and tidy.
• Properly disposing of plant waste, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

In addition to the gross hourly wage, employees get 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment) and a unique opportunity in a fast-growing sector.

All new employees are required to complete both an online and an in-person interview with the client before they can start work. Employees must be prepared and available to attend the in-person interview as required.

Requirements

• Stable CV with consistent work experience and at least 4-6 months of production experience;
• Motivation & Attitude: Motivated, ready to work, precise even during repetitive tasks, able to stay cool during busy periods, and possessing a flexible mentality regarding occasional overtime.
• Mindset: High level of motivation, precision, and reliability for repetitive tasks
• Focus: Ability to maintain composure and focus during busy operating periods
• Flexibility: Flexible attitude with willingness to work occasional extra hours when needed
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room and accommodation with other tenants.
