Are you a proactive individual who enjoys staying active and working with your hands? We are looking for a Production Employee to join a specialist team, focused on high-quality surface treatments like powder coating and wet painting.

In this role, you are a vital part of the production line, ensuring that loose parts are transformed into finished customer orders that leave the facility in top condition.

Your Responsibilities

You will handle various practical tasks to support the finishing and shipping process, including:

• Preparing, hanging, and finishing orders for surface treatment.
• Operating ovens, tools, and technical installations.
• Performing quality checks and ensuring products are packed properly.
• Loading and unloading parts while maintaining a clean workplace and equipment.
• Performing small maintenance tasks and helping to improve production processes.

The salary for the role is €14.71 gross per hour (excluding 8% holiday allowance), with 25 holiday days per year. Successful candidates will recieve full internal training to help you master surface treatment techniques.

The workload entails. 38-40 hours per week in a stable day shift.

In addition to stable work and shifts, you can also access internal training and development opportunities to advance your technical skills.

You will work in a safe, clean facility with a close-knit team of 15-20 colleagues who support one another.

Work is never boring. Every day is varied, and your team depends on you to keep production moving on time.

Requirements:

Specific diplomas are not required for this role; we prioritize the right mindset and a willingness to learn.

• Communication: You speak English and communicate clearly with your teammates.
• Experience in a production environment is mandatory.
• Mindset: You are reliable, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Quality Focus: You take pride in neat results and take quality standards seriously.
• Experience (Plus): While not required, basic knowledge of metal or previous experience in technical production is useful.
