The client is an innovative, sustainable Dutch family business with over 60 years of experience, specializing in aluminum building hardware and architectural fittings with Cradle to Cradle certification.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working on a modern production floor where raw metal takes shape through craftsmanship and precision, you will rotate between different workstations and be involved in various stages of manufacturing aluminum hardware used in the locksmith and building industry.

• Hanging, dipping, and removing aluminum parts.
• Processing and casting aluminum, as well as operating production stations.
• Checking the quality, finish, and precision of products.
• Packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Ensuring a neat, efficient production environment and adhering strictly to safety regulations and quality guidelines.

The workweek is from Monday to Friday, full time, in one shift (07:15 to 16:00). Note that the salary may also reach €16.00 gross per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Background: No technical background or prior metal industry experience is required (though previous production experience is a plus).
• Skills & Traits: Hands-on approach, eager to learn new production techniques, detail-oriented, and capable of working cooperatively with a team.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing for extended periods, carrying out repetitive production activities, and performing light physical tasks such as lifting and moving parts.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room with toher tenants and okay with working in different shifts with partner.
