About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will handle high-quality biological raw materials across multiple advanced processing sections. This is a dynamic, highly responsible role where you will manage critical bioprocess stages—such as mixing raw materials, filling production lines, and carefully inoculating cultures, while maintaining an absolute overview of your workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Production Operations: Efficiently handle processing tasks, including the precise mixing, line-filling, inoculation, and delivery of raw materials.
• Process Monitoring: Independently monitor ongoing batch cycles, perform technical measurements, take regular quality control samples, and proactively flag any process irregularities.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain strict clean-room and industrial hygiene protocols to guarantee total product integrity and prevent cross-contamination.
• Basic Line Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing gear to keep operations running smoothly.

The salary for the role is an excellent hourly wage of €20.85 gross per hour. (expect a steady €600 – €660 net per week deposited straight into your account after all agency-managed housing fees and medical insurance premiums are fully deducted).

Work is structured around a 3-shift system:

• • Early: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Late: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night: 22:00 – 06:00

There might be occassional weekend shifts during busy seasons.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: A competent command of English is required; knowledge of Dutch is considered a distinct advantage.
• Technical Mindset: Solid technical insight and affinity for working with production machinery or process flows.
• Background: Prior experience in a manufacturing, food production, or agricultural environment is a strong plus, but a solid sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset are key.
• Certifications: A valid forklift license is preferred, or a full willingness to be trained to obtain one internally.
• Shift Flexibility: Absolute readiness to work a structured 3-shift system:
