Your Role

• As a Production Employee, you will:
• Pack products directly at the injection molding machines, following clear instructions.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure top standards.
• Work with your team to process and package products efficiently.
• Keep your workplace tidy, safe, and organized.
• Contribute ideas for improvements in the production process.

The salary for this role is €14.69/hour + 28% shift allowance in a 5-shift system. You'll also het a 8% holiday allowance with travel cost compensation. This is a healthy work environment with growth opportunities (become a machine operator or team leader), with a work culture built on teamwork, trust, and fun. Lastly, you will work in a 5-shift rotation system (07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, 23:00 – 07:00) working 2 morning, 2 evening, and 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.

Requirements

• Have experience in a production environment.
• Can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Are goal-oriented and able to handle pressure.
• Are available full-time (36.6 hours/week in 5 shifts).
• Hold a forklift/reach truck certificate (big plus).
