Are you an experienced Orbital Welding Programmer / TIG Welder with knowledge of Polysoude programming? We are looking for a skilled professional to join ERIKS, an innovative company specializing in the production of high-quality stainless steel hoses for industries with strict quality requirements.

In this position, you will be responsible for programming and operating orbital welding machines and producing precision stainless steel hose assemblies. You will work with modern welding technology in a clean, well-organized production environment where accuracy and quality are essential.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Programming and operating Polysoude orbital welding machines, including open and closed welding heads.
• Performing orbital TIG welding on stainless steel hoses with diameters from 8 mm to 200 mm.
• Preparing hoses by cutting them to the correct length and adjusting couplings to the required dimensions.
• Welding stainless steel components using orbital welding equipment and manipulators.
• Performing manual TIG welding when required.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Carrying out leak-tightness tests and inspecting finished products.
• Following Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Working with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to support the development and production of new products.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience programming Polysoude orbital welding machines is mandatory.
• Experience operating both open and closed orbital welding systems.
• Practical experience with TIG welding of stainless steel, preferably thin-walled tubes or hoses.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, quality standards and precision welding.
• Experience with manual TIG welding and/or orbital welding using manipulators.
• Accurate working style with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.

!!!! Important: This position requires someone who can independently program Polysoude orbital welding machines, not only operate them. Candidates with manual TIG welding experience but without Polysoude programming knowledge are not suitable for this vacancy.

Salary & Working Conditions

• €620 net per week based on 40 working hours.
• €15.50 net per hour.
• Possibility to work up to 56 hours per week, earning approximately €868 net per week.

• Two-shift working schedule:
  • Morning shift: 06:00–14:30
  • Afternoon shift: 14:30–23:00
