Are you an experienced MIG/MAG Welder passionate about precision, quality, and large-scale steelwork? Join a leading steel construction specialist in Venlo, working on high-impact projects across the construction, infrastructure, and onshore/offshore sectors.

Our client is a trusted supplier to top steel construction firms in the Netherlands and beyond. They produce complex structural elements—beams, trusses, and bridge components—requiring expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join the team and help deliver projects that require a high level of expertise, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and welding of heavy steel structures
• Interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD, 2D)
• Ensuring quality and precision in all fabrication work
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and project standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an assembler in construction or structural metalwork (at least 2 years)
• Proficiency in reading 2D technical drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Certified MIG/MAG welding skills (candidate must pass a welding test)
• Experience with heavy steel structures is preferred
• Own car
• Submission of CV and clear photos of welding work is required for application consideration
